We reserve the right to refuse service if, in our professional judgment, the requested service could compromise your health or safety.

3. Booking and Appointment Policy

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person. A valid payment method may be required to secure certain bookings. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, though appointments are encouraged to guarantee your preferred time and service provider.

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation via email or text message. Please verify all details upon receipt.
Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling.
Service Modifications: Any changes to the booked service should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service price.
No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. A no-show fee equivalent to 100% of the booked service price may be charged.
Repeated No-Shows: Clients with repeated no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Gratuities are appreciated but not required. Prices displayed on our website or marketing materials are estimates; final pricing may vary based on hair length, service complexity, and product usage.

6. Refund and Satisfaction Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will work with you to address your concerns, which may include a complimentary correction service at our discretion. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Please inform your service provider of any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or medications that may affect your service. Le Salon Doré follows all California state health and safety regulations for salon operations. We maintain rigorous sanitation and sterilization protocols for all tools and equipment.

Le Salon Doré maintains a presence on various digital and social media platforms to share content, promotions, and beauty inspiration. Our digital content operations include:

Content Publishing: We use the TikTok API and other third-party platform APIs (including Instagram, Pinterest, and Google) to publish and manage content across our social media channels.
AI-Assisted Content: Some of our digital content, including written copy and visual assets, may be created or enhanced using artificial intelligence tools.
User Content: By tagging Le Salon Doré or using our branded hashtags on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to share or repost your content in connection with our business.
